Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription by ringing the prescriptions telephone line on 01253 336777 or 01253 345086 (11.00am - 5.00pm) or by e-mailing us at
script.mail@gp-p81052.nhs.uk Lytham Road Health Centre.
You can also call in and order at reception.
Your prescription will be available for you to pick up the next day.
Emergency prescriptions will be available the same day.
Please take into account when ordering repeat prescriptions any Bank Holidays or weekends when the surgery will be closed.
Most of the local pharmacies offer a delivery service for prescription medication for those patients who are unable to collect their prescriptions personally.
