Antenatal

Wednesday 1.30 - 4.00pm

The community midwife runs this clinic. If you become pregnant, you will be given a 'booking appointment' at which the midwife will ask you a few questions, explain your care and carry out some general health checks. You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the local hospital, or both.

Child Health And Immunisation

Wednesday with doctor and health visitor

All new babies are invited for regular check-ups from eight weeks old.

Friday 10.00am - 12 noon

Well baby clinic with health visitor in Health Education Room.

Minor surgery

Minor operations can be done by our doctors in surgery or in our treatment room. Please discuss this with your doctor who will then arrange for you to be given an appointment.

Diabetes

By appointment with the practice nurse

Led by our nursing team, this clinic offers advice and general health check-ups to patients diagnosed with diabetes.

Asthma

By appointment with the practice nurse

Asthma sufferers can make an appointment in to this clinic for advice and support from our practice nurses who specialise in asthma care.

Stopping Smoking

Run by our nurse practitioners, this clinic gives advice and support to patients trying to give up smoking.

Our nurse may consider that you would have more success by counselling and attending NHS Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre Stop Smoking Service who can be contacted by telephoning 0845 601 2186 for an appointment.
